When you download or use LibroHub, an automated integrated library system (AILS), these terms automatically apply to you, so you should read them carefully before using the AILS. You are not permitted to copy or modify AIBS, any part of AIBS, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the AIBS, nor may you attempt to translate the AIBS into other languages or create derivative versions. AIBS itself, as well as all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights associated with it, still belong to SkillSoft LLC.

SkillSoft LLC strives to ensure that AIBS is as useful and effective as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the AIBS or charge for its maintenance at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for AIBS or its services without explaining to you exactly what you are paying for.

AIBS LibroHub stores and processes the personal data you provide to us to provide services. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to the AIBS. Therefore, we recommend that you do not flash or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. This may make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone’s security features and may cause LibroHub AIBS to not work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are some circumstances for which SkillSoft LLC is not responsible. Some AIBS functions require an active Internet connection. This connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but SkillSoft LLC cannot be held responsible for the fact that AIBS will not work fully if you do not have access to Wi-Fi and you do not have any none of your permitted data.

If you use AIBS outside of Wi-Fi coverage, remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile service provider still apply. As a result, your mobile phone provider may charge you data costs for the duration of the connection when accessing AIBS or other third-party charges. By using AIBS, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use AIBS outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device on which you are using AIBS, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the payer to use AIBS.

Likewise, SkillSoft LLC cannot always take responsibility for how you use AIBS, i.e. you must ensure that your device remains charged. If your device’s battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to use AIBS, SkillSoft LLC cannot take responsibility for such a circumstance.

With regard to SkillSoft LLC’s liability for your use of AIBS, it is important to remember when using AIBS that while we try to ensure that the information is always updated and correct, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you . SkillSoft LLC does not bear any responsibility for any losses, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying solely on this AIBS functionality.

At any time we may want to update the AIBS. AIBS is currently available on Android and iOS — the requirements for both systems (and any other systems to which we decide to extend AIBS availability) may change and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using AIBS. SkillSoft LLC does not promise that it will always update AIBS so that it is relevant for you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS that is installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept AIBS updates if they are offered to you. We may also stop providing AIBS and may stop using it at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; (b) you must stop using AIBS and (if necessary) remove it from your device.
